Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and I truly value the trust you place in me. Because I offer private, one-on-one services, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. I completely understand that life happens sometimes, and I always aim to have grace for true emergencies. That said, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
